SIKH MUSUEMS

It is increasingly seen that in the Sikh community, museums focused on the religion, are relegated to the status of places that are rarely visited for the purpose that they serve. On digging deeper, we would realize that our museums lack the backing of your youth. In any establishment, especially related to the stream of humanities, history and culture, we need the youth to be at the forefront of generating new interest in the stream. Sadly, in this regard, we see that our community's museums capture very minimal attention from our younger generation. Our museums need to keep with the times and do all things possible to capture the interest of the younger generation. Only with the steps to modernization, including technology adoption, can the museums stay relevant to the youth and for the future generations of our community.
